Business Law & Intellectual Property Law

Meet Our Staff

Bradley Gies, Esq. is the owner and lead attorney at Bradley Gies P.A., a boutique law firm tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs.

Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where he studied Advertising, Business Administration, and Classics. At the University of Florida, he played rugby and graduated with honors. He attended law school at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. After graduating from law school in 2011, he accepted a position at Graphic Security Systems Corporation (GSSC) as the General Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property.  GSSC is an anti-counterfeiting technology company that has been providing global state-of-the-art document security and brand protection solutions for over 40 years.

Brad’s experience serving as General Counsel revealed how powerful it is to have a small, cohesive unit of legal professionals orchestrating all aspects of a company’s legal affairs. However, Brad also observed a significant gap in the market: most privately held companies and startups lacked access to this model, as traditional corporate law firms are primarily built to serve large enterprises.  That realization inspired him to launch a firm that fills this gap —offering efficient and agile legal services specifically designed to meet the unique needs of growing businesses.  A law firm designed for entrepreneurs, by an entrepreneur.

Since founding Bradley Gies P.A. in 2013, Brad has assisted hundreds of companies and entrepreneurs in navigating their legal needs and achieving their goals.
